ABOUT Tyler

Tyler Barlow serves as Administrative Director for Commonwealth Land Title. With a strong background in customer service and hospitality, he enjoys translating his customer-focused expertise into the title industry and assisting clients' needs in a swift and efficient manner. He has enjoyed growing in the industry through a hands-on approach and learning from some of the best title veterans in the business.

During his initial year with Commonwealth, Tyler assisted in management operations under Co-Presidents Ron Howarth and Rick Bashore. Under their guidance, he received extensive training in all aspects of the operation while working closely with the sales force and internal teams. He feels that his internal experience has contributed to his ability to anticipate clients' needs and support successful transactions from start to finish.

Tyler believes that in both life and business, success comes from helping others succeed. His peers describe him as having a servant's heart, being quick to learn and adapt, and highly responsive. His relentless work ethic and willingness to take direction have played a key role in his growth at Commonwealth.

As Administrative Director, Tyler oversees operational support and administrative initiatives, helping to ensure efficient processes and exceptional service throughout the organization.

Prior to joining Commonwealth Land Title, Tyler received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University, Fullerton. He is a proud Titan alumnus and remains involved with the Real Estate Association at Cal State Fullerton.
