Tim Quinn has had an impressive career in the title industry, with over 15 years of experience as a caddy on the PGA tour before making the jump to become a title assistant at Chicago Title. During this time, he learned the ins and outs of the industry and gained valuable experience that would serve him well in his future endeavors. A few years later, he joined Commonwealth NCS as a sales executive, where he quickly made a name for himself and transacted well into the billions in real estate sales, lending, and development all over the United States.

Today, Tim serves as Vice President, National Commercial Accounts, where he continues to cultivate strong relationships with his clients and help them seamlessly close real estate transactions. He is highly regarded for his communication skills and quick response time, and he always strives to be proactive and stay one step ahead of his clients. His personal motto, “The harder you work, the luckier you get,” is a testament to his work ethic and dedication to his clients.

Growing up in Newport Beach, surrounded by some of the biggest titans in the real estate industry, he had the opportunity to learn from their expertise and stand shoulder-to-shoulder with them in the title industry.
