ABOUT Linda

Linda Carroll brings the highest caliber of performance to her position as Vice President, National Account Manager at Commonwealth Land Title Company. With over 30 years of experience in the title insurance industry, she has closed numerous high profile national portfolios and large transactions.  

Linda started working in the title industry on the residential side of the business where she worked her way up the corporate ladder. She later became a national title coordinator closing multi-site commercial transactions before moving into national sales 20 years ago. At her current position as Vice President, National Account Manager at Commonwealth, she is responsible for establishing new accounts, servicing existing accounts, and assisting with the closures of local and national commercial transactions.  

Linda works with a diverse range of clients including builders, developers, attorneys, brokers, and lenders. She enjoys working closely with her clients and helping close difficult transactions while earning their loyalty. She ensures that each client’s distinct needs are handled promptly and efficiently by maintaining consistent communication throughout the transaction. Her attention to detail is unwavering, and her level of customer service is exceptional. Her clients can rely on her excellent communication and quick problem-solving skills. She enjoys doing her best every day to represent Commonwealth and her clients. 

Linda was born and raised in Southern California. She is married with three college-aged children and has two Maltese dogs. She attended Cal State Northridge where she studied business. Currently, she is an active member of CREW and enjoys following the path to self and professional improvement.  Away from the office, Linda enjoys playing the classical piano, reading, and cooking.
