Kristen Deering joins the Commonwealth National Commercial Services team as Assistant Vice President, Business Development, bringing 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She specializes in the Orange County market and has supported high-performing commercial real estate teams by managing transaction documentation, coordinating due diligence and closings, and ensuring clear, consistent communication among all parties. Kristen is known for building strong relationships and serving as a positive, dependable point of contact throughout each transaction.

 With a background that blends organization, problem-solving, and relationship building, Kristen excels at helping clients navigate complex deals with confidence. Personable, reliable, and positive, she approaches every transaction with a proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering organized, compliant, and timely results.

 A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Kristen is appreciated by clients and colleagues for her proactive style and the clarity she brings to every stage of the transaction process. Originally from La Cañada Flintridge, Kristen has called Newport Beach her home for the last decade. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
