With a prodigious record of over 35 years at the same company, mainstay Kip Ralston has distinguished himself as a tireless, industrious leader in commercial sales and account management. He began his career in the residential sector, but soon found that his skills were best suited to the rigorous, sophisticated challenges of the commercial transaction. As Vice President and National Account Manager at Commonwealth Land Title Company in Orange County, Kip excels in the art of the close, augmenting value for the client through a solid, hands-on approach. He is deeply engaged in every aspect of the deal, from making introductions, to handling title and escrow, to delegating technical complications to expert colleagues in order to circumvent an unforeseen hiccup.

He attributes the longevity of his success to undeviating persistence and a genuine desire to meet the customers' needs, no matter the obstacles. A highlight of his tenure occurred in 1995 when Kip and his team were chosen to assist Orange County in emerging from the largest municipal bankruptcy in the history of the United States at the time. He helped write over $750 million in title insurance on 52 county properties, including jails, libraries, fire stations, parks, landfills, and courthouses.

As a testament to Kip’s continued achievement in the industry, he has been recognized with multiple accolades, including National Sales Achiever awards in 2000 and 2002. He was named National Sales Master for 12 years in a row and in 1996 was lauded as Salesman of the Year. In addition, Kip has served as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a premier trade organization, for over 24 years. He is a consummate golfer, and he treasures his time with family and friends.
