Kiley Demaree is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience in title and escrow. She serves as Vice President and Senior Commercial Escrow Officer and Branch Manager for Commonwealth National Commercial Services in San Jose, California.

Kiley began her career as an escrow assistant and advanced through roles in sales, customer service, and new homes. She started in residential escrow before transitioning to commercial in 2007.

Kiley’s favorite part of her work is partnering with national developers and principals to help shape the future of real estate. She values being part of a forward-thinking team with a strong culture of collaboration and innovation.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University East Bay with an emphasis on legal commercial contracts. Kiley is a graduate of Fidelity National Financial’s Leadership Development Program and is also a licensed Notary Public in the State of California.

Her niche expertise includes commercial and development transactions. She is known for her problem-solving abilities, organized approach, and talent for thinking creatively.
