ABOUT Jenny

Jenny Wong, Assistant Vice President and Senior Commercial Escrow Officer is a 20+ year veteran of the escrow and real estate industry.  Jenny specializes in high liability, high profile, and complex commercial transactions.   In addition to Jenny’s background in escrow and settlement, she spent numerous years working as an exchange accommodator.  Her extensive knowledge of 1031 exchanges enables her to offer clients creative solutions to meet their real estate investment goals.  

 Jenny is well versed in all facets of local and national commercial and industrial sales and refinances.   She has enjoyed long term relationships with many of her clients and prides herself on consistently achieving smooth, timely, and successful closings.

 One of Jenny’s greatest assets is her proactive nature which serves her well in the commercial real estate environment by eliminating last minute closing delays.  She is known for her responsiveness, integrity and professionalism.   Her attention to detail, meticulous work ethic, and proactive approach to problem solving have made her extremely successful within the industry.

 Jenny is multilingual – English, Cantonese and Mandarin.  In her spare time, Jenny enjoys staying active with weight training, hiking, and yoga.
