ABOUT Jake

Jake Kushner’s finance and real estate background are excellent complements to his role as VP, National Account Manager for Commonwealth’s National Commercial Services division. Based in Los Angeles, Jake facilitates transactions while cultivating intentional relationships with principals, brokers, lenders, attorneys, and other industry stakeholders across the country.
 
Prior to joining Commonwealth, he worked as a Multi-Family Investment Manager at Marcus & Millichap, specifically finding and sourcing capital for institutional quality assets in excess of $50 million. Prior to that, Jake served as Vice President of Lido Advisors, where he was an advisor and consultant to family offices and institutional investors.
 
Mr. Kushner studied at the London School of Economics and obtained his degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He currently holds his real estate license in the State of California as well as FINRA securities licenses 7 and 66. In addition to his professional endeavors, Jake leads the Tech Sergeant Jack Kushner Foundation, which supports Veteran-based organizations throughout the United States. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Jake enjoys golfing, spending time with his lab/beagle mix, and is a Lakers and Dodgers season ticket holder.
