ABOUT Grant

Grant Estabrook brings an extensive background in commercial real estate, acquisitions and dispositions, risk analysis, and revenue growth to his role as Vice President, National Commercial Accounts for Commonwealth Land Title Company. He works alongside brokers, principals, attorneys, lenders, developers and other industry professionals to source and close commercial real estate transactions on a local and national level.  

Prior to joining Commonwealth, Grant was a commercial real estate broker for Colliers International, where he leveraged relationships with investors, developers, REITS, and pension funds, to satisfy Commercial Real Estate investment interests.  He then transitioned into a role as Vice President of Property & Casualty Insurance at Brown and Brown, where he provided risk management solutions for corporate clients.  

Grant’s 20+ years of Commercial Real Estate and business development experience gives him meaningful insight into what is truly important for all parties involved in a transaction regardless of the complexity. Clients and colleagues can strongly attest to his ethical business practices and ability to overcome adversity.  

Grant was born and raised in Newport Beach, CA and is a graduate of Arizona State University. He and his wife have two beautiful daughters, who are everything to them. They are avid sports fans, and on their free time enjoy hiking, skiing, cooking, and spending time with family, and friends.
