ABOUT Dan

After a 20+ career as a PGA Golf Professional, Dan knows what it takes to take great care of his clients. With a "servant's heart", Dan looks to exceed expectations on every transaction. "Commonwealth's culture of providing boutique service fits right in line with my days in the golf world. Building relationships, responsiveness, and establishing trust are priorities I take great pride in." Dan believes every challenging transaction is an opportunity to provide solutions, giving his clients peace of mind that their transaction is in the best of hands. Being a part of the Commonwealth Team is a source of great pride for Dan. He values his clients greatly, and he's grateful for the constant support provided by the Title and Escrow teams. They consistently prove themselves to be the best in the industry, which only adds to his confidence in the work he does.
 
Dan is a NAIOP member and serves a Co-Chair of the NAIOP OC Golf Tournament. Dan also is a member of NAIOP's Mentorship program which helps young leaders enhance their careers. Dan also serves on the Fund Development Committee and Golf Tournament Chair for KidWorks, a Santa Ana based non-profit organization that ushers hope into Orange County's most challenging neighborhoods.
 
Dan was born and raised in Orange County and takes deep pride in his reputation and community, frequently volunteering at his children's schools and coaching various youth sports. Dan and his wife reside in North Tustin, where they are raising their three children.
