Amy Katcherian Cutshall, Vice President, Commercial Underwriting Counsel, serves an integral role on the Commonwealth Land Title Company team. With fourteen years of experience in the title insurance industry, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge and talents to her current position. She finds underwriting to be creative and an engaging process and enjoys the diversity of challenges that arise in each transaction.

Based in the Orange County, California office, she is aligned with an expert team of title, escrow, and due diligence professionals who alike Amy are committed to finding solutions for all stakeholders.

A native of Southern California, Amy holds a B.A. degree from UCLA, a J.D. degree from Notre Dame Law School, and is licensed to practice law in both California and New York. When not at the office, Amy enjoys spending quality time with her family, and trying new restaurants in the area.
