He brings a strong background in software development with extensive experience working directly with clients, understanding business needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Adam is transitioning into commercial title insurance sales with a focus on relationship building, problem solving, and providing consistent value to clients.
Adam’s approach centers on helping clients move quickly and confidently by providing accurate information, clear communication, and reliable follow up. While early in his career in the title industry, he is focused on building a niche in commercial transactions by being responsive, detail oriented, and proactive at every stage of the process. His technical background allows him to quickly learn systems, analyze information efficiently, and support transactions with precision.
Adam was drawn to Commonwealth for its culture of mentorship and the depth of experience across the commercial team. He values working in an environment that encourages continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth within a competitive industry. His personal mission is to provide value first, knowing that results will follow through trust and long term relationships. Prior to joining Commonwealth, Adam played a key role in launching a quoting and CRM software platform that contributed to a 50 percent increase in monthly sales revenue. This experience strengthened his ability to think strategically, solve problems, and support clients with practical solutions.
